Founder Nancy D. Brady, is a widely respected executive recruiter
who counsels many of the nation's leading corporations and advertising/public
relations agencies to attract and retain high caliber talent. For over 15 years,
she has challenged and led executives to think deeper and differently about how
they view their experience and accomplishments. She counsels how to present this
information and potential contributions in resumes and career related communications.
A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University , Nancy's background includes more than 20 years of cross-disciplinary and management experience and leadership of a national field marketing organization. She has developed and managed fully integrated marketing and communications programs for NW Ayer, Young & Rubicam and various businesses in the Northeast. She is the recipient of over 30 awards for creativity and marketing excellence.
She has been featured on London's BBC Global Radio Broadcast of "World News Tonight" to discuss unemployment and "The Lost Generation" sourced / quoted in The Wall Street Journal, the focus of a feature article in the global edition of Carnegie Mellon Magazine and the subject in regional news, TV and business print articles about job search and resume techniques. She has been a guest lecturer on effective job search, networking strategies and communications at Carnegie Mellon University Heinz Graduate College of Management.
